Welcome to Soley Customs Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of
our services, including shoe cleaning, restoration, and customisation. By engaging with our
services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Offered
Soley Customs Ltd offers the following services:
 Professional shoe cleaning
 Shoe restoration (including sole, stitching, repainting, etc.)
 Custom design and artwork on footwear
All services are performed with the utmost care and attention to detail. However, due to the
nature of materials and previous wear and tear, results may vary.

2. Customer Responsibility
By submitting shoes or other items to Soley Customs Ltd, the customer agrees that:
 They are the rightful owner or have full authority to submit the item(s) for service.
 They understand that results are subjective and may differ based on the condition of
the footwear and the materials involved.
 They have disclosed all relevant issues with the item (e.g. existing damage, material
sensitivities, prior cleaning and products used etc).

3. Liability Disclaimer
Soley Customs Ltd will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the best results possible.
However:
We hold no liability for any damage to stock or customer-supplied items during the
cleaning, restoration, or customisation process.
This includes, but is not limited to:
 Colour fading or bleeding
 Material breakdown or warping

 Loss of structure due to pre-existing wear
 Reactions to cleaning agents or custom paints/dyes
Customers acknowledge that all work is done at their own risk.

4. Customisation and Artwork
All custom artwork and designs are performed by hand. By commissioning a custom design:
 You understand that no two customisations are identical.
 Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the work.
 Soley Customs Ltd retains the right to photograph and display custom work for
promotional purposes.

5. Payments and Returns
 All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
 A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.
 Full payment is due upon order.
If items are not collected within 30 of completion, Soley Customs Ltd reserves the right to
resell the item(s) or apply storage fees.

6. Turnaround Times
Estimated timeframes will be provided at the time of booking. These are subject to change
depending on:
 The complexity of the job
 Availability of materials
 Volume of current orders
Soley Customs Ltd is not liable for any delays due to these factors.

7. Collection and Delivery
Customers are responsible for arranging the collection or delivery of their footwear. Soley
Customs Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage during third-party courier transit.

8. Intellectual Property
All custom artwork created by Soley Customs Ltd remains the intellectual property of the
artist. Reproducing or reselling the design without written consent is prohibited.

9. Amendments
Soley Customs Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective upon posting to our website/social media or provided in writing.
